PowerSculpt Yoga/Pilates – class will rotate between the 2. Power sculpt yoga includes flow yoga incorporating body weight and 3-5 pound Dumbbells to sculpt/tone the body. Pilates is mat based focusing on strengthening muscles and core utilizing lengthening and stretching techniques. Bring Mat, 3-5 pound Dumbbells, water and towel.
